In 2004 our lives changed. My husband became deathly ill and underwent multiple surgeries with umpteen complications to end up losing his entire colon, having to live with a "bag" for the rest of his life. He is unbelievable amazing and strong and forced himself back to work as a plumber, with every minute being a challenge. He did this because working is his life and his life is his wife and 3 beautiful children. In September he got laid off of work, with no hope in sight. I am working as much as I can but it is still not enough. We had to borrow money from my parents' home equity loan, and bills are tough to pay--especially my student loans. We do not like being indebted to my parents who are on their own fixed income. I do not want to default on my loans. We just want something good to happen. Work for plumbers seems years away with no hope in the near future. The black cloud over our family is just not going away. Please help us to clear away the dark clouds and to send a little sunshine our way. Thank you---and the video does contain some pics of my husband post op...and they are not too pretty. Thank you so much for helping those in need! We hope to hear from you one day. Sincerely, Jennifer
