I'm a hard working guy that needs a break. I lost all my money in the Real Estate crash, I've since changed carees but starting over at 37 with a wife and soon to be 2 kids when you're that far in debt is tough. My main problem is my second trust on the house. It is preventing me from refi. and I have a 3 year arm that is already adjusted twice.
