My daughter Zoe was born with the rare Oro Mandibular-Limb Hypogenesis Syndrome resulting in anomalies affecting all of her limbs. She drives an electric wheelchair to school, but can't take it anywhere else because we do not have a suitable vehicle. We would like to be able to purchase a wheelchair accessible van to allow Zoe much more independence. This would be a wonderful tool in making everyday life a little more manageable for Zoe and our entire family, and it would relieve our growing list of items and renovations needed to make life for Zoe a little more comfortable. We so greatly appreciate this opportunity. We are a hard working, loving family, and though we do not feel entitled, we do feel humbly deserving and thankful just for the possibility of being chosen.
